Geography import job completes with error

ERROR

Failed to check DS is enabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage File Import Activities > Go to Task
3. Create Geography import

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete geography data import.
