Symptoms
Workforce Compensation Icon missing on Spring Board
Post R13 Upgrade Workforce Compensation Icon is missing on Springboard and when user goes in Structure and try to access it, it gives the following error:

Navigation failed due to invalid web application name: HcmCompensation
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in to Release 13 instance
2. Workforce Compensation Icon is missing.
3. Open sandbox and Navigate to Tools > Structure > My Team > Workforce Compensation
4. Click on 'Workforce Compensation' to add it to the Springboard.
5. Receive error.
