Symptoms
- When trying to create a Project Budget Baseline version through SOAP Webservice BudgetServiceV2, this may fail with one of the below messages in the response payload:
a) PJO_XFACE_BUD_FRCT_INVLID_STAT - The plan version status is invalid for this financial plan version.
b) PJO_XFACE_GENERIC_ERROR - An application error occurred during the import process. Your help desk was notified.
- You are able to create the same budget version through the FBDI template.
- There are already one Current Working version and at least one Baseline version for the budget.
