On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Benefits

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Processed Admin LE for an employee and the Plan amount was changed to 0.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expected communicated amount should be the amount the employee enters.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Enrollment>Search employee number
2. Benefits Service Center>Process Admin Life Event
3. Cancer Plan amount is set to 0.
