Mounting DBFS Directories Doesn't Work, Showing Question Marks such as "d????????? ? ? ? ? dbfs" and error "ls: cannot access dbfs: Permission denied" (Doc ID 2388803.1)

Admin Server is not coming up due to /u01/soacs/dbfs and /u01/soacs/dbfs_directio not being accessible.

Tried unmounting and mounting them again, per Doc ID 2926846.1 but it still doesn't work.
