"System could not process your request" Error When Processing Records From a Certain Business Process Record (Doc ID 2389216.1)

When attempting to close a particular Business Process (BP) record, the following error is received:

The system could not process your request.
Logging in again my help in some cases

Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
