Want the Seniority Date to use the Hire Date and not the Pending Worker Date as eligibility (Doc ID 2389271.1)

Last updated on MAY 31, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service - Version 11.12.1.0.0 and later
Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation Cloud Service - Version 11.12.1.0.0 and later
Oracle Fusion Benefits Cloud Service - Version 11.12.1.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Those EE's who fall under the eligibility profile where 'Hire Date' is used as a criteria as being excluded if hired on or after 10/1/17 are showing eligible and are able to be given a merit increase

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All EE's with a hire date of 10/1/17 or after should not be eligible for a merit increase based on eligibility profile setup

Need to be able to have the seniority date use the actual hire date and not the pending worker date since the EE wouldn't have physically started working until the hire date.

NOTE: We don't want to have to change the actual Pending Worker date at the work relationship level
