On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The field Shopping Cart > Shopping Cart Item > Fields > Quanitity (__ORACO__Quantity) has no decimal places and this field cannot be edited.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Would like to be able to enter quantity in shopping cart with decimal places to support units that may require them (for example, kilograms or meters).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Search and edit an account
4. Switch to the Shopping Cart subtab
5. Click the Create button.
6. Enter decimal value into quantity field
7. The number is either rounded or an error occurs: Value 1.5 for field quantity exceeds the number of decimal places allowed. See first screenshot for error

1. Navigate to Tools > Application Composer
2. Set Application = Common
3. Expand Objects > Custom Objects > Shopping Cart > Fields > Quantity (__ORACO__Quantity)
4. Cannot set decimal place for this field
