Symptoms

The interface that communicates with HCM Cloud through REST services, does so by executing a BPEL process that calls a REST service in HCM.

The REST interface called in HCM is:

  /hcmWorkforceMgmtApi/resources/11.12.1.0/timeEventRequests

This interface was working fine until last week, but now the below error is being seen:
