When emails from Oracle Commerce Cloud are detected as email spoofing by Sender Policy Framework (SPF), which is implemented for the recipient's domain, users never receive emails or find them in junk email folder while others on different domains such as 'gmail.com' receive emails correctly.
Then how we can prevent email notifications from being marked as email spam or phishing by the SPF?
