ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Territory Assignment Not Happening for New Accounts

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The aux code is being selected on account create and the corresponding classification code should be created and the account assignment should run.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Account
3. Click the Create Account button
4. Enter details including selecting the Sector and Save
5. The account assignment runs but the root territory is getting assigned
6. Select a new Sector, Save, and Run Assignment
7. The account assignment runs and the correct territory(s) assignment is done

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get territory assignment when an account is created.
