Generic System Error When the 'Save Record Information to Document Manager' Setting Is Enabled When Sending a Record (Doc ID 2389463.1)

Symptoms

When the Save Record Information to Document Manager setting is enabled in the Business Process (BP) workflow schema (unique combination of Setup Name + Workflow Name), and attempting to Send a Business Process record to the next step in the workflow, the following error occurs:

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases
