Symptoms
On 17.6.1 version when attempting to save changes on the Payment Types view, the following error occurs.
No request is being submitted to the server and no Javascript error is logged in the console panel of the browser when this error occurs.
However changing value of the drop-down 'Default Billing Country' triggers submission and saves the changes.
