Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to configure new SAML Identity provider in the Identity domain, the following error occurs after the login on the IDCS UI:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload IDP metadata
2. Map the IPD user attributes & IDCS User attributes
3. Export the SP metadata
4. Import in BIG IP-APM
5. Test Login - the SSO page comes, after successful authentication
Then the IDCS page shows "There is a problem with your account. Please contact Support"
