Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Outlook sync errors - Missing mandatory attributes for a row
I am getting synchronization error. Even I am putting right values for the required field in outlook. I have attach a screen shot of account creation page and the error I am getting.
 

This is a dependent choice list implementation which involves single-select and multi-select choice lists in the dependency tree.

2. Sync with OSC
3. Sync ends with errors
