Not able to complete order after upgrade to 17.6

Error is prompted after completing card payment

ERROR

" Please review your order. Items, discounts applied, or tax calculations have changed since they were added to your order".


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to place an order with card payment  in the storefront

Due to this issue, users cannot complete the version upgrade to 17.6.
