When an employee is attempting to update Personal Information in HCM Fusion it does not allow him to Save

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Country/Region Legislations

When an employee is attempting to update Personal Information in HCM Fusion it does not allow him to save and unchecked all primary key boxes and does not allow to rechecked.

To overcome this issue, a bounce is requested by user.

Observation:
Received confirmation that NO previous SR's were raised regarding the same situation (as precedent) with a Bounce being recommended (technical support has not recommended the bounce as the singular solution)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Step 1 Open your HCM Fusion and go to Home Page. Click on “Personal Information” in “About Me”.

Step 2 - Click on “Edit” button.

Step 3 – Update Emergency Contact Number
Click on “Add” in front of “Contacts” tab and select “Phone”

Step 4 – Update Emergency Contact Number
Click on “Type” and select “Emergency Contact Number” from the drop-down list. Fill in the details and submit by “Save and Close” as appearing in below screenshot.

Step 5 – Update Address
Click on “Add” in front of “Address” tab and select “Home Address” from the Type drop-down list. Fill in the details and submit by “Save and Close” as appearing in below screenshot.
