We cannot save leads after assign dealer list when R13 updated

"You entered an invalid product,Select a valid product(MKL-315006)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to a lead or create a new lead
2. Add dealer
3. Save or Save and close
4. Get error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save leads.
