User Interface Language Change From Default Of English Is Not Taking Effect After Changing Within My Preferences Page Of OBIEE / Primavera Analytics

Using Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) r184.108.40.206.0:
After changing the User Interface Language from "My Account, Preference" page, the language change does not take effect and is set back to the default of English.
After changing the User Interface Language from "My Account, Preference" page, the change should take effect and display the adjusted language.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to OBIEE
- Select My Account, Preference
- Within User Interface Language, select anything other than English.
- Close the page and logout/login to OBIEE
- Select My Account, Preference and note the User Interface Language is set back to English.
