On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Creation of party (UI) does not invoke event in ICS

Since the last week , you are observing that when a new party is created from the UI (CDM-Parties). No business event is triggered to publish the party to ICS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Party should be published to ICS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Navigate to Accounts -> create account -> provide all details and save and close.
3. Monitor flow in ICS -> Nothing happened

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Since this is Dev environment, issue impact seems to be minimal.
