Goal

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, .Manage Compensation

Pending Worker Salary start date

While hiring the pending worker salary start date will default to current date, it cannot be changed. instead of actual proposed start date.

ie The behavior in converting Pending worker to employee, Proposed date and Salary start are different. But when conversion is done, Date looks correct
