Symptoms

On Unifier Version 18 and higher utilizing the New User Interface (UI)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After updating to the version 18, or higher it is noticed that it takes longer to load data when the new UI is enabled, especially using Internet Explorer 11.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The response time should be the same as it was in previous version of Unifier.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Enable new UI view
  3. Navigate to any Business Process (BP) Log
  4. Open any record
  5. Notice that it takes longer to load the data through the new UI in version 18 and higher than it did in previous versions
