Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, CX Integration

Sales Cloud Integration Imports Not Working

The Imports on the sales cloud imports on our integration are not working. They have a red cross beside them and we have now discovered this has been off since 15th February. We are set up to receive import failure notifications, however no notifications have been sent. I cannot re-enable the imports they remain as a 'red cross'. Can this be looked at urgently as this is impacting revenue streams yet again!

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Integration App in Eloqua --> set a flow to get all opportunities using lastupdatedate as parameters and a custom field
2. see the flow is failing
