Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to launch Prime Projects Mobile Field App, the following error occurs:

can not continue
500 (internal server error)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to launch Prime Projects Mobile Field App


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch Prime Field on iOS device
  2. Enter valid login information and valid URL
  3. Observe the error
