Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.09.0 version, Performance

Service Contract - Multiple Line Performance issue

Customer is facing Performance issue when navigating between Contract Lines i.e. From Subscription line to Coverage Line.
It is taking anywhere from 10 Seconds to more then a minute to bring up the Contact line and sometimes it just hangs for 5 minutes.
And have even faced Page not found error or 504 error. Attached is the screen shot of the error.

A connection to server has failed (status = 504)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate between Contract Lines i.e. From Subscription line to Coverage Line.
2. It takes more than 10 second to bring up Contract line or system hangs.

Due to this issue, users are facing performance issue in Contracts.
