Unable to Access the Activities Page in P6 EPPM in Cloud Environment

When a user attempts to view the Activities page of any project in HTML view, the page never loads
Users should be able to view the Activities page of any project in HTML view; the page should load properly
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log-in to P6 Web.
2. Click on Projects tab
3. After projects are loaded, open a project
4. Go to the activities tab, notice page continues to load but does not finish loading
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the activities view of a project.
