Goal

The goal of this document is to explain how outbound and inbound traffic work correctly for OCI instances with private network access only (having their vNIC on a private subnet of a VCN).
This is needed in scenarios where the OS needs to be updated, and online repositories need to be accessed, Internet access is needed, and so on.
