ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Some Employee Import Processes hanged

there are several Employee import processes are stuck. Import is in general slow since release 13 upgrade

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Import should be fast or end in reasonable time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Watch import jobs
3. They take so long ti finish

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Issue is impacting all import jobs in the environment and tasks are taking longer for records to land for business users to work on it
