On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Technology Management - Fusion Security

Benefits enrollment

We create custom roles for our benefits teams (administrators/processors) with various personalization/customization and configurations. We are around the corner from our annual enrollment and associates with benefits admin and processors are not able to select life events on their own records (sreenshots provided). Because the role is personalize to not allow users with update capabilities to view their own record they are not able to enroll (testing today). Is there an alternative to view paramaters page while also being able to enroll in personal life events?
