Cannot Access Salary Range Analysis via Resource Manager Dashboard due to dashboard missing. (Doc ID 2391756.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Salary Range Analysis

Prior to Release 12, there was a button for Manage Resources that eventually lead to a Salary Range Analysis (see attached document). This was available for managers to see this information for employees that reported to them. After R12, Manager Resources is no longer available, so I assumed this Salary Range Analysis would be available by going to Team > Team > Employee Cards, but its not. I did some reading and it appears that the Compensation Market Data Management role needed to be added to my custom manager role, so I have added it. I also regenerated the role by going to Manager Data Role and Security Profiles, as well as schedule and run the Retrieve LDAP, Send LDAP, and Import User and Role Application Security Data processes.

I am still not able to locate the Salary Range Analysis. Should this be available, and if so, where do I find it? I have been working in my Stage environment and will update Production if I can figure this out.

Customer should be able to allow for Managers to do a Salary Range Analysis for their Direct Reports

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on My Team
2. Manager Dashboard is no longer showing to select.
