Oracle Integration Cloud PCS Unable To Connect To CEC DOCS (Doc ID 2391795.1)

Symptoms

The customer was not able to connect to Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (CEC) DOCS from Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) PCS version 18.1.5. They were experiencing the following error:

Both services were on External Compute (UCC) and on the same identity domain.

However, they were able to connect from OIC (PCS) to a trial version on a different domain.
