Oracle Integration Cloud PCS Unable To Connect To CEC DOCS (Doc ID 2391795.1)

This knowledge article reflects updated product names. Oracle Integration Classic (OIC-C) was formerly known as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Please see KM <document 2493395.1> for the full list of recently renamed PaaS services.

The customer was not able to connect to Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (CEC) DOCS from Oracle Integration Classic (OIC-C) PCS version 18.1.5. They were experiencing the following error:

Both services were on External Compute (UCC) and on the same identity domain.

However, they were able to connect from OIC-C (PCS) to a trial version on a different domain.
