When Performing a PO Receiver Unit Adjustment (RUA) through UI Screen the Response Is Very Slow

Symptoms

In RMS 16.0.22.4, when performing a Purchase Order (PO) RUA through UI screen the form is slow to respond. From the time the adjustment receipt action is clicked, till the form comes back with data takes 4 minutes and 33 seconds. This behavior occurs for multiple POs and the behavior is the same in the Firefox or the Internet Explorer (IE) browsers.

Steps To Recreate:

1. From the task menu select Inventory -> Shipments and Receipts -> Shipments.
2. Select a PO and click search
3. On the action menu click on the Adjust Receipt
4. Note: It takes a long time to open the Receipt Adjustment by Units form. During this time the popup Expiration Warning box comes up asking for a response to stay active.
