Clicking on Account / Contact Team sub Tab shows nothing in Edit Page Layout

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to customize Team sub tab under Accounts,
the following error occurs.

The Page becomes unresponsive

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud Application
2. Navigate to Application Composer
3. Expand the Accounts --> Edit Page Layout

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot customize Team subtab
