Facing Error While Trying To Add Resource Role Under Resource Information At Manage User Page (Doc ID 2391897.1)

When attempting to add resource role for existing user,
the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to manage users
2. search for existing user and edit
3. Add the new role using Add role button
4. Error appears

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add resource role to existing user.


Notes: User are created using HCM spreadsheet
