While Creating/Updating Data Role Encountered with Error Remote Region Error #42 (Doc ID 2391937.1)

Symptoms

While creating a data role from Manage Data Role and Security Profile and when accomplished all the required information and hit "Review" button
the following error occurs,

ERROR

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #42":

An error occurred while invoking task Manage Data Role and Security Profiles. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and maintenance
2. Search Manage Data Role and Security Profiles
3. Create new data role.
