Goal

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Sales, Sales Catalog

Email not getting triggered to Manager of a Resource

Customer is creating an Opportunity where requirement is to trigger an Email upon new Opportunity Creation to Manager of a Resource who has created an Opportunity. But Email is not getting triggered to manager of a resource.

Unable to get the root cause of same . Please help in getting this resolved.
