Cloudconnect Failing With Invalid Username or Password

P6 Professional and Cloudconnect
When attempting to log into P6 Professional (using cloud connect) the following error occurs:
Invalid username or password. Please try again.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch P6 Professional
2. Enter credentials
3. Confirm reinitialize local cache is CHECKED
4. Provide username and password
5. Observe reported error.
