My OC Caldepthcd Account Locked 2 Days In A Row (Doc ID 2392411.1)

Customer has IDCS and other services like Database instances configured in their cloud instance using admin ID.
Admin from customer forgot the password and they tried the forget password link. Which sent email notification with link to reset the password.
Admin has reset the password and was able to login to IDCS for a while but after that the IDCS account was getting locked automatically again and again after particular interval (Not constant).

Account should not get locked automatically

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure DB instances with admin account.
2. Reset the password of admin account
3. Admin account will get lock automatically

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin can not access the IDCS.
