Search Does Not Work On Proxy User Selection Screen (Never Ending Processing)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
On the Proxy User selection screen, click Search. Specify search criteria and click Apply, it will not move on the load screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Login to Unifier and open the Preferences
  2. Click on the Proxy tab and click on the add/plus "+" icon to bring up the Proxy User Settings pop-up window
  3. Click in the 'Grant Proxy Access to' field
  4. In the resulting 'User Picker' window click on 'Search'
  5. Enter search criteria click on the 'Apply' button and notice that the window keeps processing and never returns results

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Search result should be returned.
