Symptoms

When attempting to approve a quote via mobile, the following error occurs.

An error has occurred while trying to process your Request. No changes have been saved. Details of the error are:
Validation of the token has failed.

The user is able to approve other quotes on their mobile device, as well as approve the quote manually by entering it and clicking the approve action.

Changes

No changes to the environment have been made, but this may occur on a newly created quote.
