Refine Results Button on PLP Does Not Do Anything

The "Refine Results" button on PLP (Product Listing Page) does not do anything, no errors are found.
1. Go to Storefront
2. Display any PLP by browsing a category
3. Click on the “Refine Results” button. --> Nothing happens.
By pressing “Refine Results” button, it should display some facets to refine returned products further.
