Symptoms
The responsive concerns validation in the component library displays the warning "You have at least one table tag in your content that may not be responsive."
Other warnings may be listed in the same pop-up (e.g. "You have at least one image that is not responsive".)
Warnings appears when saving the asset or when clicking the button.

Release 18A introduced the responsive email editor.
