On Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier : Any Version

Line Item section of a Cost type Payment Applications record does not Save.

Expect Line Items to Save successfully.


  1. Login into the affected environment
  2. Go to affected shell tab (User Mode)
  3. Navigate to the affected Business Process
  4. Click 'New', and complete the required fields in the upper form
  5. Click 'Add' to the line items, populate required fields and then 'Save'
  6. Try to close the page
  7. Notice Line Items are not loading successfully
