HTTP 403 Error When IDCS Trying To Connect FUSION Instance (IP Whitelisting Enabled)

Symptoms

  Customer integrate IDCS with public cloud fusion application using Fusion template, under provisioning tab, customer get below error when trying connect to fusion application:

Cannot connect to the target managed app and the cause of the error is : HTTP 403 Error : The operation you're requesting isn't supported on the target resource.The error message returned by Fusion Apps isn't recognized by the connector.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Login to IDCS console

2.  Go to Applications, add an application using fusion template

3.  Under Provisioning tab, enter connection information, click Test Connection

you will get an error
