Unable to Start Approvals In TRCS As Service Administrator (Doc ID 2393133.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Tax Provision National / Regional

When attempting to start the approval unit gets the following error you cannot change the approval status.
the following error occurs.

The user reported that they were not able to start the approval status from not started status


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Manage approvals try starting the approval unit by using the tree view

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot the approval status
