Job Alert Section is Not Visible in User Account

Symptoms

When in a candidate's Social Sourcing account, the the "Job Alerts" section is not appearing under accounts that are verified to be enrolled in Job Alert Emails.

Admin > Edit Users > (Search for a user)

 

The Job Alerts section should populate between the Advanced Info and Interests section for any user who has enrolled in Job Alert Emails.
