Service Name Fails If It Contains a Hyphen Or Is Longer Than 30 Characters (Doc ID 2393211.1)

After 24 April 2018, service names are validated to follow these rules:

Customer created a service instance name which exceeds 30 characters and contains hyphens. In the same identity domain, that name is no longer valid. Why is this?
