Unable To Access Deployed Applications, EM Console Or Weblogic Console

On : Java Cloud Service, Weblogic Server
Weblogic Admin Console is not accessible.
Same is for EM console and also for application as well.
Due to this issue, WLS cannot be updated nor application accessed or deployed.
