DBAASCLI OREC --args -keep -list Takes Long Time to Run

Symptoms
"dbaascli orec --args -list" command with specifying "-keep" takes quite much time.
For instance if "-keep" is specified on this command it takes several hours over, but if "-keep" is not specified then it takes only about 30 seconds.
When this problem happens it takes quite long time with keeping that there is no additional output on screen like below:
