PBCS: "Error 500--Internal Server Error" When Running Data Management Rest API's to Get the Current Version (Doc ID 2393430.1)

Symptoms

When using Simple Data Management Rest API's to get the current version in Cloud, it returns with the error mentioned below:

Example: https://InstanceName.oraclecloud.com/aif/rest/

Used a basic authentication putting in the identitydomain.username and the password.
